近期，由珠海市免税企业集团有限公司捐资、格力地产股份有限公司建造的珠海市斗门镇新村庄“新穗乡舍”民宿项目顺畅竣工并正式移送新村庄委会运用，项目经过对前史修建的补葺与空间优化，为古村落注入重生机，也为村庄文旅工业供给了新的开展关键。

“新穗乡舍”民宿坐落珠海市斗门镇新村庄沥岐新村，村落始建于明朝隆庆三年(1569年)，已有450多年前史，仍保存着岭南广府式修建面貌。此次民宿改造包括样板楼栋补葺、室内装饰及院子景象提高，总修建面积约172㎡，景象面积约401.7㎡。项目自2024年9月发动规划，12月底全面竣工，在高效推进建造的一起，充沛尊重和保存了前史修建特征，为传统村落注入现代生机。

改造选取了具有近百年前史的三间两廊青砖屋，遵从“修旧如旧，活化提高”准则，对屋面、墙体、门窗等细节进行精密修正，并在不损坏原有面貌的前提下引进商业功用，优化室内空间，使其既契合传统岭南修建特征，又满意现代住宿体会需求。

值得一提的是，在施工全套工艺流程中，建造团队针对修建不一样的部位的破损破坏状况，拟定了详细的补葺计划。例如，对辘灰筒瓦屋面进行全体揭瓦重铺，精准恢复崩塌和缺失的瓦件，一起参阅周边民居款式，在替换修建木构件的基础上进行防虫防腐处理，保证屋面的安定和漂亮；对室表里青砖墙面进行整理洗刷，修正风化破碎的砖体，最大极限保存原始面貌。此外，建造团队还对门窗、地上、阁楼及其他区域做全面的修正、替换及恢复，以提高修建的安全性和实用性。
